Before Local Auto, booking a shared auto meant guessing the fare, hoping there was room, and hoping the driver was actually headed where you needed to go. None of that was written down anywhere — it was all worked out on the spot, every single time.
We didn't invent the shared auto. We built the layer around it that was always missing: a fare you can see before you book, a wallet so there's no cash or change to argue about, and a QR scan so boarding is never in question.

Every route has a published fare per passenger between its stops. You see the exact amount before you book — it never changes with demand, traffic, or time of day.
Top up your in-app wallet with a card or UPI, then every ride is deducted automatically from that balance — no cash, no change, no separate checkout per ride.
You can cancel a pending ticket before boarding and you're never charged for it — nothing is deducted from your wallet until you actually scan to board.
Every Auto Captain has a verified QR code. Boarding only registers — and your fare is only charged — once that exact code is scanned, so there's no ambiguity about which ride you took.
Your location is only used to suggest nearby stops and to show live auto positions on the map. Auto Captains' locations are visible only while they're actively on duty.
Registration happens in person at our office, where your documents (ID, license, vehicle details) are verified directly by our team — there's no self-serve signup for drivers.
